Make a Booking

We are taking 20% deposit of the booking, you can pay remaining amount at our day spa

We require at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

All appointments are designed to allow appropriate time for your full enjoyment of each service. so we ask that you arrive 5 - 10 mins before your scheduled start time. If you arrive late it will limit our ability to offer the complete experience, and while we will try to accommodate you if possible, if you arrive more than 15 mins past your appointment the service rendered will be for the remainder of the original booking schedule and you will be responsible for payment of the full service. Our policy covers the time lost that could of otherwise been available to other customers on our waiting list. Please decide your booking times wisely to avoid disappointment.

We understand that sometimes you may be dissatisfied with your session, as such we offer the option to terminate your booking within the first 10 minutes of service with a full refund, OR alternatively rebook your original service within the first 10 minutes to a different therapist at a later date without additional charge. Please inform the therapist and reception within the allotted first 15 minutes of your intention, or the full service fee will be charged.
